Movie Review Number 2

So I decided that I (Mallory) would finally add an entry to the blog. Gavin and I went and saw Happy Valley on opening night. I figured that since I deal with recovering addicts at work it was worth seeing. It was a really good documentary that shows how destructive addiction can be. I learned a lot from it and highly recommend it. It is fairly depressing so plan on doing something fun afterward. Overall, I give it a 4.8 (keep in mind that I am going into pharmacy so this was right up my alley). Gavin gives it a 3.7.

BIG NEWS WEEKEND!!!

This weekend has been very eventful!! One of the best weekends ever, in fact!! Friday Mallory made an important phone call to the University of Utah College of Pharmacy, and she was told that if she was still interested, she was in. She Accepted the invitation. We are both excited to know that she is in at the U, especially since she was getting ready to leave to Arizona and Nebraska later this week. This was the start of the great news. Later that night, after being out with her family, Gavin showed up with some flowers with a special surprise hidden in them. Gavin asked Mallory to marry him and she said YES!!! This is what happened this weekend that made it one of the best weekends ever!!

Movie Review: The Human Body

We went and saw The Human Body at the Clark Planetarium the other day. I was a little nervous when Mallory suggested it, but she promised it was going to be good, so we checked it out. I was very surprised! It was so interesting. It had the feel of something on the History Channel; You stop on it with no intention to watch it, 2 hours later, you get up and say, "That was pretty cool!" I recommend this one, for sure. Total rating: 4.33 Stars

3 Stars-Entertaining, but nothing to write home about
4 Stars-Good movie, can't wait to Redbox it
5 Stars-WOW! Must see, do not wait!
